We are currently expanding our Adelaide division and are looking for experienced High Risk Work Licence holders to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Crane Operators, Riggers and Dogman to join our Adelaide division, servicing construction sites across the CBD and surrounding suburbs.

We have ongoing opportunities available for reliable, safety-focused workers who have the relevant experience, licences and qualifications to work on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cranes safely and efficiently within your relevant licence classification

- Perform dogging and rigging duties in accordance with your relevant HRW licence

- Assist with lifting, shifting and positioning materials on construction sites

- Follow site-specific procedures, SWMS and safety requirements

- Complete VOC and competency assessments where required

- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and productivity

- Communicate effectively with site management and other workers

- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance

About You

To be successful, you will have:





- Current White Card

- Current and relevant High Risk Work Licence (HRW)

- Relevant tickets and qualifications for the position

- Minimum 3 years' construction experience

- Proven experience in your relevant role

- Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Good time management and problem-solving skills

- A strong focus on safety and quality workmanship

- Own reliable transport is preferred

- Ability to work across Adelaide CBD and surrounding areas

Relevant Classifications

We are seeking candidates with experience in:

- Crane Operation

- Dogging (DG)

- Basic Rigging (RB)

- Intermediate Rigging (RI)

- Relevant crane licence classifications depending on experience and site requirements

Benefits

- $50.00 - $60.00 per hour + super + travel allowance, depending on role, experience and licence classification

- Time and a half and double time paid for applicable overtime
