Our client is a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, with a client base that includes major construction industry stakeholders. A permanent prospect has opened for a Construction Associate with 2 to 4 years' PAE to join the team.

About the role

You will support the partners on construction matters for clients across the construction industry. You will:

- Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
- Advise clients on contractual rights, obligations and risk
- Assist on construction disputes and claims as they arise
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds

What you'll bring

- 2 to 4 years' PAE with construction experience
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Strong drafting and advisory skills
- A collaborative approach and a keen interest in construction law
