The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our friendly team at our modern designer showroom in Miranda.

This is a fantastic prospect for a school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in the design and interiors industry.

You don't need to have years of experience. We will provide full training to the right candidate. What matters most to us is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

You might already have a genuine interest in interiors, fashion, design, architecture or simply have a great eye for colour and style. Perhaps you love working with people, enjoy helping others and are excited by the idea of turning a customer's ideas into something real.

As you develop your skills, you will work closely with our customers, helping them select colours, materials, tiles and finishes to bring their vision to life. You'll learn about our products, our industry and the sales process,



while developing valuable skills that can set you up for a successful career.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Enthusiastic, positive and eager to learn

- Naturally organised and pays attention to detail

- Interested in interiors, design, fashion, architecture or the built environment

- Motivated to develop new skills and build a career

- A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive workplace

- Excited by the opportunity to learn how to sell and provide exceptional customer service

- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but is absolutely not essential.

- Experience or qualifications in interior design, flooring, tiles, bathware or kitchens are also highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role

Our Miranda showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am–4.00pm.

Saturday work is a requirement of the role, with a weekday RDO provided.

This is a permanent full-time position.
