An established, high-end Eastern Suburbs real estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team, offering a $130,000 package and the flexibility to work from home every Friday.

You'll take ownership of a boutique residential portfolio of approximately 160 quality properties, managing day-to-day operations and building strong, long-term relationships with discerning landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs and maintenance, routine inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears management and ongoing client communication. You'll have a dedicated leasing and administration team supporting your entire portfolio, so your focus can stay on managing your properties.

You'll be supported by an experienced property management leadership team in a skilled office where clear communication,



organisation and a proactive approach are genuinely valued.

Prior residential property management experience is required for this position. You'll be confident managing your own workload, handling client relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
