Part-time Handyman for SRN Property Group, a fast-growing Sydney building business. You will perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties, working on minor carpentry, patching, painting, tiling touch-ups, fixing doors, locks, fences and fittings, and assisting builders and trades on site.
Key responsibilities
- General repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
- Minor carpentry, patching, painting, tiling touch-ups
- Fixing doors, locks, fences and fittings
- Assisting builders and trades on site
- Pre-handover defect rectification and make-positive works
- Keeping sites clean and safe
About you
- Proven handyman/maintenance experience
- Current driver's licence
- White Card (NSW construction induction)
- Good communication and a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and follow WHS procedures
- Trade qualification (e.g. carpentry) – nice to have
- Experience with builders or property managers – nice to have
