Our client is a well-established Australian importer and distributor of premium catering equipment, representing leading international brands across the food service industry.

With continued growth and a move into a modern, purpose-built Port Melbourne office, they are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Officer to join their Technical Services team.

About the Role You will provide professional and responsive service to customers and dealers, ensuring spare parts enquiries and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Providing advice on spare parts, availability and pricing
- Processing orders, quotations and enquiries
- Following up customer orders and back-orders




- Liaising with purchasing, warehouse, service and logistics teams
- Supporting improvements to spare parts sales and processes

About You You will be a confident customer service professional who enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions for customers.
Ideally, you will have:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good computer skills, including Outlook and Teams
- CRM/ERP experience; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics GP advantageous
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- A positive, team-focused approach
