About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in Ward 2B Blue Gum, you will support registered nurses to provide person-centred care for older people in the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit. Work within your scope of practice alongside patients, families and the care team.
- Provide person-centred care under RN direction
- Recognise and report changes in clinical condition
- Work with families, colleagues and support services
- Share information with patients, families and carers
- Contribute to safety and quality improvement
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold or be eligible for NMBA enrolment
- Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate
- Bring experience in nursing care in a health setting
- Communicate well with patients, families and colleagues
- Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
