Due to consistent growth, we are seeking a self-driven, motivated and result oriented Solar Sales Consultant to join our team based in inner Sydney.

Your primary role is to manage new leads from enquiry through to sales. You will be preparing proposals, making presentations and closing sales. You need to have a stong customer service ethic and good communciation skills.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

- Understand what makes a project viable, possess the ability to quickly identify project risks and be able to convey benefits to customers.

- Have strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to manage numerous projects and relationships simultaneously.

- Take initiative to research and assess the market to identify opportunities that align with our business strategy

- Proactively generate your own leads. Some company leads will be provided.

- Manage commercial negotiations with customers

- Work with the internal team on project analysis and internal approvals for successful delivery in a timely manner

- Provide regular and timely activity and pipeline reporting

About You - Desired Knowledge & Experience





- More than 2 years experience in Commercial Solar Sales and Business Development

- A track record of past success measured by superior outcomes for all stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and have a problem solver attitude

- Excellent English written and verbal communication as you will be working with cutomers at senior levels

- Sound understanding of Solar and able to explain benefits, payback and ROI to customers

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

- A self-starter, with a high level of initiative and the capability to work under pressure
