Mint Plumbing & Relining is a dynamic and growing plumbing business known for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. We specialise in maintenance plumbing, blocked drains, pipe relining, and residential/strata plumbing across Sydney.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting for two different opportunities within one advert:
- Qualified Maintenance Plumber, or
- Experienced Sales Plumber
Potential to earn up to $200-400K in bonuses per year + your sallary!

Sales Plumber
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and plumbing assessments for new and existing customers
- Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and explain solutions clearly
- Prepare and present detailed quotes using company systems
- Close sales for services such as pipe relining and ongoing maintenance
- Liaise with scheduling and operations teams for smooth job handovers
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a professional image
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Mentor apprentices and uphold company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Qualified Tradesman
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-trade experience
- Strong sales ability and confidence presenting solutions to customers

- Strong work ethic and high motivation
- Confident, outgoing, and able to work well in a team environment
- Solid communication and literacy skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work to timeframes
