The Services Support Co-ordinator is key to the success of Incolink's services and growth within the commercial building and construction industry. The Services Support Coordinator will co-ordinate onsite services with employers, unions and service providers which are extremely valuable to both worker members and employers. This role is pivotal in engaging worker members onsite to take-up Incolink health and well-being services supporting evidence based research, reporting and project co-ordination of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Incolink service providers, site managers and delegates, coordinating and supporting the delivery of health and wellbeing clinics and onsite services.
- Coordinate onsite programs and activities with employers, service providers and industry stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide onsite operational support for health, wellbeing and industry programs as required.
- Gather, document and share feedback, insights and improvement opportunities from onsite engagements to enhance service delivery and member outcomes.
- Maintain strong industry relationships and professional networks through attendance at relevant meetings, forums and industry events.
- Assist in the development and preparation of presentations, toolbox talks, educational resources and other service delivery materials.
- Support the planning and delivery of projects and initiatives within the Services team,
including accreditation and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the scheduling and delivery of programs, clinics and engagement activities.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of educational content and resources addressing member and industry needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Incolink's CRM system, including stakeholder interactions, industry engagement activities, clinic delivery and toolbox presentations.
About you
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with a range of different stakeholders including employers, workers, union and employer association representatives.
- Well-developed written communication skills.
- Well-developed use of IT systems with an understanding of record keeping requirements.
- Self-motivated, with ability to understanding requirements and deliver to expected quality standards and timeframes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a time constrained environment.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Happy with early starts and working on commercial building sites.
