Cafe Loulou is a modern French inspired café and boulangerie in the heart of North Sydney, bringing together quality coffee, freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, breakfast, lunch and seasonal French inspired food.

As part of Etymon Projects, we're building a new standard in premium hospitality, bringing together great food, thoughtful service and a robust sense of community.

The Role | Cafe All Rounder

We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic Cafe All Rounders to join the team at Cafe Loulou.
You'll be involved across all areas of the café, from welcoming guests and taking orders to preparing drinks, serving food and keeping the café running smoothly throughout the day.

We have casual, part time and full time positions available, making this a great opportunity for people looking for flexible hours as well as those looking to build a longer term career in hospitality.

You'll be responsible for:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments through the POS
- Preparing and serving coffee, drinks and other beverages
- Serving pastries, sandwiches, cakes and other café products
- Assisting with breakfast and lunch service
- Preparing basic food and assisting the kitchen team when required
- Keeping the café,



service areas and equipment clean and organised
- Restocking products and maintaining presentation standards throughout the day
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver smooth and efficient service
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming team environment

About You

- Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoy working with people
- A passion for food, coffee and hospitality
- Previous café, restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and willing to get involved wherever needed
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems, products and ways of working
- Available to work across a range of shifts depending on your availability
