As a key member of our branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Completing local deliveries throughout Mackay and surrounding areas
- Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining organised warehouse operations and stock replenishment
- Ensuring warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are maintained
- Working closely with sales and parts teams to support customer requirements
- Providing qualified and friendly customer service during deliveries and branch interactions
