The Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Manage a diverse paediatric caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy programs.
- Work closely with families, educators and allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise graduate and early-career clinicians.
- Lead case discussions, peer learning and clinical development activities.
- Support complex cases, quality improvement initiatives and service innovation.
- Contribute to specialised programs, parent workshops and team development.
What You'll Bring
- Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
- Experience delivering paediatric or early intervention services.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians.
- Passion for helping children and families thrive.
