Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year

This is an exciting opportunity to join the award-winning team at Tanja's café, Wellington Point's best A La Carte dining establishment. It is fully licensed and presents top-quality ingredients.

Tanja's Cafe & Restaurant is currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated Chefs (all positions) to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

- Skills in preparing different varieties of cuisine.
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- Ability to create dishes with consistency.
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
- Ability to contribute to menu planning.




- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
- Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
- Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure setting.
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Possess effective communication skills in an approachable manner.
