RESTAURANT MANAGER — LEAD THE FLOOR, BUILD THE TEAM, OWN THE EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings energy, leadership and a genuine love for hospitality.

This isn’t a “keep the lights on and count the tills” kind of role.

We want someone who can lead from the front, build an awesome team, deliver exceptional service and keep our restaurant a place people genuinely want to come back to.

THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operation — setting the standard, engaging the team and making sure every service runs like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll take ownership of:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing restaurant & bar team
- Creating an energetic, positive and accountable workplace culture
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences every single service
- Keeping operations running smoothly, efficiently and profitably
- Managing rosters, labour costs, stock and day-to-day operations
- Maintaining exceptional food, beverage and service standards
- Handling challenges calmly and confidently when things get busy
- Working closely with ownership/management/kitchen to drive the business forward
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve the restaurant, team and customer experience
