An exciting opportunity exists for a Full-Time Optical Dispenser to join our busy, upmarket optometry practice in central Sydney.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the team in a variety of tasks.

About the Role:

· Retail and Workshop Expertise: Assisting patients with eyewear selections and sales. Fitting lenses, performing frame adjustments, and carrying out repairs.

· Administrative Duties: Confidently managing Optomate system, Medicare Easy Claims, HealthPoint claims, and EFTPOS transactions.

· Customer Interaction: Delivering friendly, high-quality service and ensuring patient satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong Communication Skills: Professional and approachable in all interactions.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer use for managing bookings and records.

· Qualified Professional:



Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent qualification is preferred.

· Experience: Retail sales experience and workshop skills are essential.
