NxtGen Services Australia is a newly NDIS-registered support provider based in Eastwood, NSW. We deliver person-centred support across personal care, community participation, household tasks, transport, and life skills development. As a small, hands-on provider, we're building a team of reliable, genuinely caring support workers from the ground up.

About the role

We're looking for casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll support NDIS participants with day-to-day activities, community access, and building independence — with flexibility around shifts as our participant base grows.

What you'll do

- Assist participants with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support community participation and social activities
- Help with household tasks and transport to appointments/activities
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with participants
- Follow individual support plans and report any changes in wellbeing

What we're looking for

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (if supporting younger participants)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate




- Valid NSW driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle (for transport-related shifts)
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (we are hiring experienced workers)
- A patient, respectful, and person-centred approach
