We’re on the hunt for a proactive, motivated people-person to join our Guest Services team. At iFLY Gold Coast, our Guest Services team set the tone. You’re the first hello, the friendly voice on the phone, and the calm, capable person who keeps everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting guests and guiding them through the iFLY experience
- Making and managing bookings via phone, email, and in person
- Handling enquiries, reschedules, check-ins, and waivers
- Using POS systems for sales, cash handling, and reconciliation
- Staying organised, calm, and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Actively engaging with guests, problem-solving, and gaining feedback
- Assisting with photos and videos for social media content
- General front-of-house duties, admin, and keeping the space tidy

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has great people skills and can chat to just about anyone
- Is confident, organised, and hardworking
- Has excellent computer skills and a strong phone manner
- Is comfortable working weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Is happy to jump in front of a camera (or behind it) for social content




- Has experience with POS or booking systems

Who are we:

We are an indoor skydiving wind tunnel based in Surfers Paradise. Our weekdays are filled with sports skydivers, tourist and school groups. Our weekends are for families, locals and birthday parties. We are passionate about our product and we love to fly!

Hours & Pay:

Your hours will vary based on operational needs, you might be working weekends and may also include mid-week shifts, evenings, and public holidays - with increased hours over the Xmas and January period. You’ll be paid an hourly rate with additional penalty rates for Sundays and public holidays, in line with the relevant award or agreement. Job advert shows the pay rate for adults - juniors paid as per the award.
