About the opportunity
Join a dynamic and high-performing Communications & Engagement team and help deliver impactful communication strategies and initiatives that support our people and corporate priorities. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to create digital content, develop compelling communications, and support a range of exciting projects that keep our audiences informed and engaged.
This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, developing content for diverse audiences and making a tangible impact. You'll play a key role in delivering internal and external communication activities, leveraging insights to improve outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement and best-practice communications across the organisation.
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity until 3 October 2027. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
This role is open to current NSW Health staff only.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to appoint to similar future roles (ongoing or temporary), or to create a Talent Pool for roles that may arise over the next 18 months.

A highly organised and creative communications professional, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities. You are able to translate complex information into engaging content and tailor messages for diverse audiences across a range of communication channels.
With strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach, you'll be confident managing competing deadlines,
navigating changing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. A keen eye for detail will enable you to contribute to effective, engaging and impactful communications.
