Want to spend summer working right on Cottesloe Beach?
Ol Buoy, one of Cottesloe’s favourite beachside spots, is looking for an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our team for the season.
We’re open from the start of November through to the end of April, right through the best months of the year in Cottesloe.
We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to run a busy service and can keep the team organised while making sure our customers have a great time.
The role:
- Lead and motivate our FOH team
- Run smooth, fast and friendly services
- Manage rosters and day-to-day operations
- Train and develop the team
- Keep service standards high
- Jump in and get your hands dirty when it gets busy
- Bring plenty of energy and good vibes
We’re after someone with management or robust supervisory experience who is available for the full season from November to April.

Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,000.00 per week
