Full time position | Fast-growing concrete grinding business
We’re a small, fast-growing concrete grinding and company looking for an experienced Site Leading Hand or Foreman to join the team.
We work directly with our customers and take a lot of pride in the quality of our work, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, hard-working and takes pride in doing a job properly.
You’ll be working closely with the boss and our team, running jobs from start to finish and helping keep everything running smoothly on site.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in polished concrete and epoxy flooring
- Experience operating RC grinders, particularly Husqvarna equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers
- Someone who can take responsibility for a job and make sure it is completed to a high standard
- Driver’s licence – essential
- White Card – essential
- Working with Children Check
- Union ticket – desirable but not essential
