PART TIME VEGETABLE PROCESSING / KITCHEN HAND

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team in our vegetable processing business.

5 days per week – approximately 20-25 hours per week to start, with more hours available over summer.

What we’re looking for:

● Must be available for early morning starts (4am)

● **Forklift licence required or willing to get **

● Good knife skills and confident using a knife

● Comfortable with heavy lifting

● Reliable and punctual

● Physically fit and able to work on your feet

● Able to work independently and as part of a team

● Previous food preparation or vegetable processing experience is an advantage

Duties include:

● Peeling, cutting and preparing vegetables

● General food preparation

● Heavy lifting

● Forklift duties

● Packing and moving produce

● Keeping the work area clean and tidy

● Following food safety and hygiene procedures

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and ready to get stuck in. There is potential for more hours over the summer period.
