AXYN Solutions is a specialist migration agency based in Perth, primarily assisting businesses with employer-sponsored visas and labour agreements across Australia.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented Contracts & Data Quality Officer to support the accuracy and reliability of our contracts, systems and records.
The Role
The purpose of this role is easy: make sure the information we rely on is right.
Your role will focus on:
- Preparing AXYN engagement contracts accurately and efficiently; and
- Maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our operational systems and records.
You will be the quality-control check between the information we receive and the contracts and records our team relies on.
This is not simply a data-entry role. We are looking for someone who doesn't just copy information — you check whether it makes sense.
If something is missing, inconsistent, outdated or simply doesn't look right, we expect you to notice it and follow up until it is resolved.
What You'll Do
- Prepare engagement contracts using established templates and instructions
- Verify client, company, service and fee information before contracts are issued
- Ensure new matters are correctly created and recorded in our systems
- Review records for missing, inconsistent or outdated information
- Check that key fields, dates, statuses and tasks are complete and accurate
- Follow up with team members to resolve missing information or actions
- Conduct regular data-quality checks
- Help maintain consistency across Monday.com and our operational systems
- Identify recurring errors and help improve workflows so they don't keep happening
Success in this role means contracts are prepared accurately and efficiently, new matters are properly established, errors are identified early and the team can rely on the information held in our systems.
About You
You are:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organised
- Naturally inclined to check and verify information
- Able to spot errors and inconsistencies others may miss
- Comfortable working with data, templates and structured processes
- Confident following up when information is missing
- Reliable, accountable and able to work independently
- Able to maintain accuracy when working with repetitive or high-volume tasks
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Strong written English and excellent computer skills are essential.
No previous experience in migration is required.
Previous experience in administration, contracts, legal support, data management, quality assurance or a similar detail-oriented role will be highly regarded.
Experience with Monday.com is an advantage but is not essential.
