The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all patients, families, suppliers, and visitors attending Sydney West Occupational Hub. This role ensures a welcoming, organised, and efficient clinic workplace. The Receptionist provides high-quality customer service, manages front-of-house operations, supports clinical staff, and performs a range of administrative duties in accordance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House & Patient Interaction
- Greet and direct all patients and visitors professionally.
- Explain paperwork, consent forms, and patient rights.
- Answer incoming calls using professional telephone etiquette.
- Assist patients with enquiries and appointment confirmations.
2. Appointment & Schedule Management
- Manage clinic schedules and ensure smooth flow between staff.
- Update appointments accurately when changes occur.
3. Administrative & Operational Duties
- Perform filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry.
- Maintain and safeguard patient records.
- Prepare orientation and onboarding materials.
- Support invoicing, receipting, and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and supply levels at reception

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
