About Vissoo

Vissoo is a creative production studio. We produce advertising creative for consumer brands - social and video ads, product and campaign photography, and full brand campaigns. Our creative team is human-led; we use AI to speed up the mechanical parts of production, not to replace creative judgement.

We work on a fixed rhythm rather than project by project, so brands receive new creative every week instead of waiting six weeks for a single batch. That's the main reason clients choose us and stay.

Our clients are consumer brands in fashion and apparel, beauty and personal care, food and beverage, jewellery, homewares and direct-to-consumer ecommerce. We also work with marketing agencies as their production partner.

The opportunity

We're building a partner network in Australia and New Zealand and are looking for an experienced business development professional who already has trusted relationships with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands or with agency owners.

This is an independent contractor arrangement, not employment. You operate as your own business, you choose your own hours, and you're paid on results.

What you'll do

- Introduce Vissoo to CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Managers and Ecommerce Managers at consumer brands, and to agency owners
- Run the first conversation.



We prepare research on the brand's current advertising so you open with something useful rather than a cold pitch
- Present a written brand study on the second conversation, our creative team prepares it for you
- Stay involved until the agreement is signed. Our account team then manages delivery

You won't produce creative, write briefs or manage projects, and you don't need technical production knowledge.

Commission

Commission is a percentage of what the client spends with us and continues for the life of the client, not just the first order. The rate is highest in year one and steps down in later years. (20% 1st year, 15% second year and then 10%)

About you

- Existing relationships with marketing or brand decision-makers, or with agency owners, in Australia or Current Zealand
- Experience selling services rather than products
- Comfortable with a two-to-four-month sales cycle
- Operating as a business with an ABN, or willing to set one up
- Based in Australia or New Zealand

Pay: $70,076.25 – $100,579.91 per year
