We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Domain Consultant with over 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, particularly within Institutional (B2B) Banking. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership, driving strategic transformation initiatives, business process modernization, operating model enhancements, and large-scale transition programs across the banking ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with global banking organizations, demonstrate robust stakeholder management capabilities, and have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives.
Experience working with ANZ Banking environments or similar Tier-1 global banks will be highly preferred.
Skill Requirements
Deep expertise in Institutional (B2B) Banking / Corporate Banking
Proven experience leading Transformation Programs and business change initiatives
Strong experience managing Transition/Migration Programs in banking environments
Exceptional Stakeholder Management with ability to engage CXO and senior leadership
Strong understanding of Banking Operations, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Lending
Excellent communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills
