Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience in building maintenance, facilities management or contract administration? The City of Vincent is seeking a customer-focused City Buildings Services Officer to provide operational, technical and administrative support across the City’s diverse building portfolio.
- Permanent, full-time position based at Beatty Park Leisure Centre
- Salary Range $79,932.56 - $90,597.62 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience

About the Role
The City Buildings Services Officer plays a key role in supporting the management and maintenance of the City’s building assets. The position is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, administering systems and records, supporting compliance activities, assisting with contractor and procurement processes, and providing project and business support to the City Buildings & Asset Management team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational coordination, administration and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the delivery of safe, compliant and well-maintained community facilities.
What we’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role, coordinating maintenance requests and contractor activities will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound understanding of procurement, contract administration and contractor management processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, systems and compliance documentation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate information systems
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
