The Role

As a Baby Room Educator, you will:

- Provide a nurturing, safe, and responsive environment for children aged 0–2 years
- Build strong, respectful relationships with infants and their families
- Support children’s routines including feeding, sleeping, and nappy care
- Create engaging sensory and play-based learning experiences
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality care and education
- Contribute to programming in line with the EYLF 2.0 and NQF

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Genuine passion for working with infants and young children
- Sound understanding of safe sleep, supervision, and infant care practices
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection training (CHCPRT025 or willingness to complete)
- Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework
