$1,000 Weekly Base + Uncapped Commission | $52K–$125K+ OTE

The Solar Group is looking for confident, motivated people to join our growing field sales team.

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided. If you’re outgoing, enjoy talking to people and want to earn excellent commissions while building sales experience, we want to hear from you.

The Role

- Speak with homeowners about solar, batteries and available rebates.
- Book appointments for our sales team.
- Work in the field alongside your manager and team.
- Record customer details and appointments accurately.

What We’re Looking For

- Confident, friendly and motivated.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Positive attitude and able to handle rejection.
- Sales experience is a bonus,



but not required.
- Australian working rights required.

Pay & Hours

- Approx. 32 hours per week
- $1,000 weekly base
- $150 per qualifying appointment
- $150 per qualifying sale
- $52K–$125K+ OTE
- Start ASAP
