TINPIN Bakery Cafe is a well-established family bakery café in Bondi, and we’re looking for an energetic, creative and motivated person to help us start and grow our catering business and create exciting content.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves food, hospitality, sales and social media and who wants to have a real impact rather than simply follow instructions.
YOUR ROLE
CATERING –
GROW THE BUSINESS
● Respond to catering enquiries and prepare quotes
● Manage catering orders from enquiry through to collection
● Develop relationships with local businesses, offices and event organisers
● Proactively approach current corporate and private catering clients
● Follow up leads and encourage repeat business
● Help create exciting catering packages and seasonal offers
● Work closely with our bakery and kitchen team to coordinate orders
CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
● Create Instagram and TikTok content
● Film and photograph our products, bakery and catering
● Create engaging Reels, Stories and posts
● Keep up with current social-media trends
● Come up with creative ideas that can make our products shareable.
● Promote new products,
catering and special offers
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is:
● Confident, outgoing and friendly
● Creative and passionate about food
● Naturally good with people and communication
● Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
● Comfortable approaching businesses and generating new leads
● Social-media savvy and confident filming content on an iPhone
● Comfortable creating Reels and Stories
● Proactive someone who sees an opportunity and goes for it
● Experienced in catering, hospitality, sales, events or social media
● Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
We are looking for someone with personality, initiative, creativity and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
