About the Role
As the Senior Project Officer, you will support the delivery of minor capital works projects, asset planning initiatives and infrastructure improvement programs across VenuesWest's venue portfolio. Working closely with the Facilities Management and Capital Works teams, you will provide project coordination, asset management support and technical advice to ensure facilities are safe, reliable and fit for purpose. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance venue operations and deliver lasting value for workers, patrons and the community.
We currently have one full-time, fixed-term opportunity available for a period of 24 months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Whilst the position will be based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional with experience in project delivery, asset management or facilities-related environments. You will have strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to the successful delivery of projects and business improvement initiatives.
Candidates with demonstrated knowledge of communications and security cabling systems, including their design, installation, and integration within building infrastructure, will be highly regarded.
