About the Role
Ultimate Shield Cleaning provides residential, commercial and office cleaning services. Our clients are at the heart of the business and I take pride in providing reliable, thorough and professional cleaning services that help people feel comfortable and confident in their spaces.
I am now looking for my first employee to join the business as a Casual Cleaner. This role is suited to someone who is dependable, hardworking, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the quality of the service they provide.
What I Offer
- Monday to Friday 6 am to 5pm (business hour)
- No weekend or public holiday work
- Casual hours, approximately 1.5–8 hours depending on available bookings
- Opportunities for hours to increase as the business grows
- Cleaning equipment and supplies provided

- Jobs and scheduling managed through Connecteam
- Current service areas include Mansfield, Cleveland, Redlands, Wynnum and surrounding areas
As a small startup business, I currently do not offer a large range of extra benefits. However, weekends and public holidays are kept free to support a healthy work-life balance and allow time for family, friends and life outside of work.
As the business grows, some systems and processes will continue to be refined.
I ask for some patience as these develop and genuinely welcome constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. I believe there is always room to learn and grow.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more important.
