We bypass traditional retail trade counters to supply high-quality civil contractors, commercial plumbers, residential builders, and independent building/plumbing supply stores directly.

The Role: We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to spearhead our market penetration across Greater Sydney. You will be responsible for selling our core plumbing and building supplies by bringing our competitive wholesale prices directly to trade businesses, active subdivisions, civil infrastructure sites, and independent hardware outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and secure new business accounts with civil contractors, drainage subbies, commercial plumbing firms, and independent building supply stores.
- Conduct in-person site visits and sample drops at active construction projects in key growth corridors.
- Present our 1-page trade price schedule and delivery capabilities to site foremen, estimators, procurement managers, and store buyers.




- Manage and nurture active accounts, ensuring consistent repeat orders.
- Log sales pipelines, leads, and customer feedback accurately.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the construction, plumbing, or building supply industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills—you know how to talk to tradies, builders, and store owners.
- Current, valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
- White Card and basic PPE for active site access.
- Self-motivation—you want to hunt new accounts and are motivated by uncapped commission potential.
