About the role
Lead our Perth install crews on site. You run the job, set the standard and hand over a finished product.

- Lead, mentor and support the installation team
- Manage scope of work and variations with the client
- Read plans, sequence the work and solve problems on site
- Install loose furniture and joinery to a high finish
- Keep project paperwork accurate: timesheets, change orders and inventory
- Enforce WHS and risk management procedures
- Own the result through to defect-free handover

About you

- Trade background as a cabinetmaker, joiner or shopfitter
- Leading hand or supervisor experience, or ready to step up
- High craftsmanship standards and attention to detail




- Clear communicator with crews, builders and clients
- Own tools, driver's licence and white card
- First Aid and CPR certificate, or willing to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
- An advantage: Corian installation experience and willingness to work away from home
