Bartender – Key Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, taking orders efficiently, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organised bar, restocking supplies, and ensuring all RSA, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, well-presented, and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include FOH:

- Ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction




- Managing POS operations (Bepoz), EFTPOS transactions, and cash handling
- Coordinating closely with kitchen and FOH staff for smooth service
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Opening and closing the venue, including end-of-day procedures
- Contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team culture

About You- You will ideally have:

- A strong passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and service
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Front of House Staff or skilled Bartender
- Confidence using POS systems (Bepoz experience highly regarded)
- Solid communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy service environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends
