- Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $116,981 to $129,492 per annum plus superannuation
- Ongoing full-time role based in Sydney, NSW

About the role

Join the DCITHS Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-practice recruitment solutions across the Department. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of a capable workforce across DCITHS. We are looking for an experienced talent specialist to ensure compliance with government legislation, policies and regulations. Our ideal candidate has robust networking skills and experience delivering best-practice advice to hiring managers.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills to understand hiring needs and undertake end-to-end talent acquisition services including the design and delivery of dynamic candidate attraction and assessment strategies.

About you

If you’re a dedicated talent professional with experience in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering excellent candidate outcomes, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a talent partner with solid communication and problem-solving skills and experience in government recruitment.
