Small, Friendly Cafe | Full-Time Position | Training & Progression Available

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cafe / Restaurant Manager to join our small, friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced supervisor/manager looking for a new challenge.

The Role

As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the cafe, supporting the team and making sure our customers receive great service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Leading and supporting a small team
- Staff training and organisation
- Rostering and managing shifts
- Ordering stock and monitoring supplies
- Opening and closing the cafe
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handling cash and EFTPOS
- Helping with coffee, food and general cafe duties when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, reliable and hardworking
- Confident leading a small team




- Organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- Passionate about good customer service
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Previous supervisor or management experience is an advantage

Pay: $55,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
