About the Role
We are looking for casual support workers to deliver person-centred support across Osbourne Park, Nollamara, Balga, Midland, Ellenbrook and surrounds. You will provide 1:1 support with a strong focus on manual handling and hoisting — a core requirement of this role. We match our staff to our clients carefully to ensure the right fit and continuity. Early morning and late evening shifts are available.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with 1:1 manual handling and hoisting
- Minimum Cert III (or IV) in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
