Lake Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapist to join our progressive allied health team in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career alongside experienced clinicians, including Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of services including work with local sports clubs, research projects, the GLA:D program, and partnerships with La Trobe University. We understand private practice can be daunting so we offer extensive support, structured mentoring, and up to $1000 in annual professional development co-contributions. PD is valued at up to 15K per year

We are a multidisciplinary practice based in modern, purpose-built facilities in Ballarat, offering physiotherapy, podiatry, massage, exercise rehab, and Pilates. Our well-equipped rehab gym supports our patient-centred, evidence-based approach, with extended consult times (30–60 minutes) to deliver meaningful results. Key Responsibilities
You’ll provide assessments, education, and treatment tailored to individuals and groups, focusing on delivering sustainable health outcomes.



You’ll also build external relationships, maintain a stable caseload, contribute to marketing efforts, and engage in both internal and external PD.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and AHPRA registration
- Police check and current driver’s licence
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical reasoning skills
- A team player who’s self-motivated and growth-focused
- Pilates experience is an advantage but not essential
