Kym & Co Cleaning is a small, growing cleaning business working across two sides: regular residential homes, and post-build cleaning for builders handing over new homes.
We're not a big faceless agency. We're a tight team with proper systems, real training, and clear standards — so you always know what's expected and you're never left guessing.
The role
You'll be cleaning regular residential homes for our ongoing clients, and post-build cleans on construction sites once you're trained up. Two types of work means variety and more hours available.
What you'll be doing
- Detailed residential cleaning for regular clients
- Post-build and handover cleaning on new homes (training provided)
- Working to our checklists and standards — no guesswork
- Working solo once trained, and in a team on bigger jobs
- Taking job photos and completing simple job documentation
What we're looking for
- Reliable and on time, every time
- Takes pride in the work and notices the details
- Physically fit — cleaning is active work
- Current driver licence and a reliable, registered, insured car
- Happy to follow a system rather than do it your own way
- Cleaning experience is great but not essential — attitude matters more
- White Card for construction sites (or willing to get one — we'll point you in the right direction)
- Must be able to pass a police check

Hours
Casual, with hours offered based on client bookings and your availability. You'll always get the job location when a shift is offered, so you can decide before you accept.
