- Run the kitchen independently — arrive at 8am and start production without briefing
- Produce all hot and cold menu items to spec across breakfast and morning service
- Operate all commercial kitchen equipment including the
- Own food safety compliance — temp logs, allergen management, FIFO, cleaning schedules
- Batch-prep for the following day and close the kitchen clean
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FO, but close
- Certificate II in Commercial Cookery or equivalent proven experience
- Fully independent — no supervision required on ordinary production
- Full food safety ownership without prompting
- Calm and consistent under the morning rush
- Available Mon–Fri 8am–2pm consistently
- Food Handling Certificate current
