Quality Fencing & Gates is looking for a reliable and hardworking Fencing Labourer to join our team.
We install a range of residential and commercial fencing and gates throughout the Illawarra region.
The Role
Duties will include:
- Assisting with fence and gate installations
- Digging post holes and setting posts
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Carrying and handling fencing materials
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with Colorbond, timber, aluminium, PVC and other fencing systems
- Keeping the worksite clean and organised
- Working alongside the installer to complete projects to a high standard

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous fencing, construction or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Driver’s licence preferred
- Own transport preferred
Experience in fencing or construction is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
