We are seeking a committed and compassionate Aboriginal Homeless & Fringe Dweller Support Service (AH&FDSS;) Worker to join our Social Support Unit.
The role provides immediate and responsive support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aboriginal Homelessness Support Service Worker, in this role, you will assist and support the Rough Sleeper Outreach team as well as the Orange Sky program with their daily activities. You will help people improve their living situations while respecting their culture, lifestyle, and personal choices.
The successful applicant will build positive relationships with clients and service providers, advocate for clients and provide adaptable outreach support according to individual needs.
