## Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.

Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.

Not to waste it on:

- Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed

- Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session

- Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before

Plenty of brilliant trainers leave the industry early, worn down by everything that is not the coaching.

**Jamie Fitness was built so you can just coach.**

## Picture a Normal Week

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent.

**That is the whole job.**

## The One Condition

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

- **Open.** You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.

- **Coachable.** You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

- **Hungry.** You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.

Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be outstanding at the coaching part.

## This Sounds Too Good to Be True

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms:

**Done for you systems.** Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile,

client app and branding. All handled.

**Fortnightly team workshops.** Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

**Your own PT assistant.** Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

**Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring.** 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

**Backed from day one.** Branding, profile, app and admin set up for you before your first client.

**A diary that fills itself.** Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

## About Us

We have put 20+ trainers into 20+ clubs across Melbourne and Sydney. No rent, no lone wolf hustle. Our team owns the sales, marketing, admin and leads while you own the coaching, which means steadier hours and a better client base.
