You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Customer Service – handling account queries
- Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts
- Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.
- Process and manage cancellations.
- Investigate unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Customer Service skills – phone and email
- An understanding of the AR function
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

- This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde.
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm during weekdays in the office (note that this is an on-site position).
- Easy commute as our office is right on the Metro station at North Ryde.
