At Centred Spaces, we believe a home should feel valuable, not perfect. We're a small, values-led home wellness business on Brisbane's southside, and we're looking for someone who sees themselves as more than a cleaner; someone who understands that the way a home feels can change the way a person feels.
As a Home Wellness Specialist, you'll care for our clients' homes with consent, dignity and kindness. You'll work with low-tox products and equipment, keep things simple, and offer clients choices rather than directives. Quality, consistency and kindness in every visit is what we're all about.
What we offer
This is a residential role, with flexible weekday hours, paid training and ongoing support. We allocate clients locally where possible, so you spend less time on the road and more time doing work you feel good about. You'll join a supportive, caring team with real opportunities for growth and development; and as Centred Spaces grows,
there may be potential to move into commercial spaces in the future. Every week we also get together for a walk in nature, with coffee on us.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a positive and professional attitude, and the reliability to commit to consistent weekly hours. You'll need a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle, plus a Police Check and a Working With Children Check (or a willingness to obtain them). Prior cleaning experience is welcome, but heart and care matter just as much to us. Students or those with a background in nursing, home care or support work are very welcome to apply.
