Full-Time | Extend Studio

Extend Studio is looking for a warm, organised and proactive person to join our team and become an important part of the day-to-day experience at our studio.

This is more than sitting behind a reception desk. You’ll be one of the first faces our members see when they arrive and an important part of creating the welcoming, professional and positive environment we want every person to experience at Extend.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in keeping things organised and notices the little things that make a space feel great.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming members and guests and creating a warm, professional front-of-house experience
- Managing phone calls, emails and general member enquiries
- Managing bookings, cancellations, schedule changes and rebookings
- Assisting members with accounts, bookings and appointment payments
- Responding to current client enquiries and making sales/follow-up calls
- Preparing coffees and building genuine relationships with our members
- Keeping the studio clean, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
- Resetting studio spaces and maintaining high presentation standards
- Supporting the team with general administration and day-to-day studio operations
- Helping organise member community events, social activities and staff events
- Assisting with social media content, including filming and creating reels
- Supporting studio marketing and monthly newsletters
- Being proactive,



taking initiative and noticing what needs to be done without always needing to be asked

Who we're looking for

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Naturally friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally via email
- Confident using a computer and learning new booking/software systems
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys staying productive
- Happy to help with cleaning and maintaining a high standard of presentation
- Calm and capable when things get busy
- Professional while still being warm and personable
- A genuine team player

Previous reception, administration, hospitality, marketing, customer service or fitness/wellness experience would be beneficial, but attitude and personality are just as important to us.

Pay: From $52,880.00 per year
