Mobile Physiotherapist – Full-Time or Contractor

Fletcher Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced Mobile Physiotherapist to join our growing team across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.

We have a strong and growing referral base, with up to 38 hours of work available each week for the right physiotherapist who is comfortable travelling between clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility and wants strong earning potential without being based in one clinic all day.

About the Role

You will provide mobile physiotherapy in:

- Clients’ homes
- Retirement villages
- Aged care facilities
- Community settings

Your caseload may include:

- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation, including TKR and THR
- Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
- Strength and mobility programs
- Pain management
- Older adults and aged care clients
- NDIS participants
- Home and community rehabilitation

We can offer either:

- Full-time employment, or
- Contractor arrangements

There is capacity for up to 38 hours per week, depending on your availability and preferred travel area.

We aim to group appointments geographically wherever possible to reduce unnecessary travel. However, this role is best suited to someone who is happy to travel across the region in return for a larger caseload and strong earning potential.

About You

We are looking for a physiotherapist who:

- Has at least 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
- Holds current AHPRA registration
- Is confident working independently
- Is reliable and professional
- Is comfortable providing mobile physiotherapy
- Communicates well with clients, families and care teams
- Is organised with clinical documentation
- Is willing to travel between clients
- Wants a consistent long-term caseload

Experience in community physiotherapy, aged care, NDIS, musculoskeletal or post-operative rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 2 years’ physiotherapy experience
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity insurance if working as a contractor
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check where required
- Full working rights in Australia
