As an Intake Officer with All Plan Management, you'll be the first real conversation many participants have about their NDIS journey — turning what could feel overwhelming into something clear, simple and sorted. It's fast-paced, people-focused work that requires equal parts warmth and accuracy. Get it right, and someone walks away feeling confident instead of confused.

What you'll be doing

- Converting first conversations into same-day enrolments — making a complex process feel effortless
- Talking to participants, families, carers and support coordinators every day, providing clarity when things feel confusing
- Managing eligibility, consent, plan data and CRM records with the accuracy that means nothing falls through the cracks
- Explaining plan management options in plain language so people can make informed decisions with confidence
- Identifying process improvements and speaking up when something could work better
