About us
We manage 10 short-stay holiday properties in the Melbourne area, hosting guests who expect a spotless, hotel-quality stay. - Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and living room areas
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, toilet paper, and cleaning products
- Stage the property to match our photos and checklist, so every guest arrives to the same experience
- Check for and report damage, missing items, maintenance issues, or items left behind, with photos
- Take before-and-after photos and mark cleans complete in our group chat
- Keep track of supply levels and let us know when stock is running low
